What you choose to share
The referral form asks for your name, email, optional phone, move timeline, apartment preference, prior contact with Lore, discovery source and optional message. It records your contact permission and separate, optional introduction permission.
Page context
The homepage interest chooser runs only in your browser. Your choice is not stored or added to a referral request; it changes local suggestions, not apartment information or eligibility.
The site keeps limited visit context in session storage in your browser: the landing page, previous page, first-visit time, referring website origin and named campaign parameters. When you submit, that context, the form page URL and a browser timestamp accompany your request. URL fragments and unrecognized query parameters are excluded. Do not put personal information in campaign links.
Google Analytics measures page views on salemrentersguide.com using cookies and routine device and network information. We disable Google signals, advertising personalization and automatic interaction tracking. Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments; referring addresses are reduced to the website origin. Names, email addresses, form entries and interest choices are not sent to Analytics. Measurement is disabled when your browser sends Do Not Track. Session storage is temporary and can be cleared through your browser.
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and photographs from their source websites. Those providers receive normal web requests when their assets load. Interest choices and referral form entries are not included in these asset requests.
Where your request goes
In preview mode, no form details are sent or saved. The site is hosted on Render. Live form delivery is not yet enabled. Hosting services may also process routine request logs. The guide operator uses your details to reply about your inquiry and shares them with Lore’s leasing office only if you choose the introduction checkbox. There is no newsletter signup or sale of leads through this site.
To request a correction or deletion after a live submission, reply to the guide operator’s follow-up email. A direct privacy contact will be added before live collection begins.
The referral relationship
Salem Renters Guide is an independent guide and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Lore, its ownership, or property management. The guide operator may receive a referral bonus if someone leases through an introduction. Referral terms are controlled by the property and should be confirmed directly with the leasing office.
This is an independent information resource. The guide operator does not charge renters a fee, negotiate leases, represent a landlord or act as an apartment-finding service through this guide.
