04 / PARKING

An apartment listing is not a parking plan.

Confirm the space, the cost and the access before you build your routine around them.

The guide may receive referral compensation if you lease through an introduction. It is independent of Lore and its management.

Get five answers in writing

Use these questions with each leasing team. Keep the answers alongside your quote so you can compare the same terms.

  1. The space

Is a space guaranteed for this apartment, or is there a waitlist?

  2. The price

Is it assigned, covered or unassigned, and what does it cost?

  3. The extra car

Can you rent a second space? How are visitors and overnight guests handled?

  4. The limits

Are there vehicle-size limits or access-hour restrictions?

  5. The exceptions

What happens during maintenance, snow removal or event-related access changes?

Print this guide from your browser to take the questions and writing lines with you.

If you drive an EV

Lore advertises EV charging. That does not establish charger availability, access terms or price. Lore advertised amenities ↗

Ask how charging is billed, whether spaces are shared, what the time limits are and what you do when chargers are occupied.

Compare parking as part of rent

Use the same assumptions for every community: one vehicle or two, guest visits and any charging needs. A lower advertised rent can stop being lower once parking costs are included.

Before an October tour, check current travel information through Haunted Happenings and confirm building access with the leasing team.
