03 / FLOOR PLANS

Two bedrooms. More questions than square footage.

A checklist for comparing the apartment you will actually use, room by room.

The guide may receive referral compensation if you lease through an introduction. It is independent of Lore and its management.

Start with the exact plan

Lore advertises two-bedroom apartments. Current availability is a separate question for leasing. Lore official site ↗

Ask for a dimensioned plan for the specific unit. Mark your furniture footprint and check door swings, closet access and usable wall space. Two plans with similar square footage can work very differently.

SQUARE FOOTAGE / USABLE SPACE

Measure what
moves with you.

Mark furniture on the unit’s dimensioned plan, then check the space around it. Door swings and closet access need room, too.

Conceptual measuring study. Not a Lore floor plan; not to scale.

Walk through each room

  • Check the dimensions of both bedrooms separately, including space around the bed.
  • Ask about the bathroom arrangement, storage and laundry placement.
  • Check where desks, outlets and internet equipment would go.
  • Look at window placement and which rooms share walls with corridors or neighboring units.

Compare the complete cost

Request a written quote for your move date and lease length. Include a second parking space if needed, required fees and utilities. Separate recurring costs from temporary concessions so you understand the payment after any special ends.

There is no verified two-bedroom referral payout or renter discount published by this guide. Ask leasing for the current program terms.
